Mariette is a Freelance Dietician/ Nutritionist and a Personalised Nutrition Business Consultant based in Portugal. She is an MBA qualified dietitian and PhD student with extensive senior level experience in the clinical and industry setting, currently specializing in the area of Nutritional Genomics and personalized nutrition. She uses expert technical knowledge in medical nutrition and nutritional genomics with consumer insight to develop new products & services to drive business growth. Mariette currently works at Pomegranate Nutrition Consulting and has previously worked as a Dietician/ Nutritionist at MyGenomics Ltd and Nestle Healthcare Nutrition.
Dr Lily Tomas

Dr Lily Tomas is an Australian medical doctor with extensive experience in nutritional and complementary medicine. She is a the President of A.I.M.A (Australasian Integrative Medical Association) and a member of the Australasian College of Nutritional and Environmental Medicine.
Lily is currently the Editor of J.A.I.M.A. (Journal of the Australasian Integrative Medical Association) and regularly writes for the Journal of Complementary Medicine on nutritional therapies.

Anne has been working in the health industry for over 30 years as a Clinical Nutritionist, Naturopath and Herbalist. She has lectured for ACNEM and in Nutritional Therapies to second year medical students at Griffith University.
She trained as a physiotherapist in the USA, and furthered her studies in Australia in Nutritional Medicine and Remedial Therapies. Her passion for natural health care was inspired by her children whose food and chemical sensitivities were challenging to manage with the medical treatments at that time.
Anne Baker is a specialist in chronic health conditions; hypertension, diabetes/pre-diabetes, cardiovascular diseases, autoimmune diseases like RA, fibromyalgia, cancer; digestive disorders: IBS/GERD, IC, diverticulitis & colitis. Using Personalised Nutritional Therapies including the Specific Carbohydrate Diet/ GAPS & Paleo Lifestyle, low oxalate, glutamate, salicylate, amine, phenol diets & more, Anne helps people reclaim vibrant health, understanding that each person has specific dietary needs that reflect their unique biochemistry, health history, and food reactions.
Anne has a Masters of Nutrition (coursework) from the Nutrition Therapy Institute, Denver, CO. She is also a Founding Board of Directors Member of the Michigan Nutrition Association and is a member of the Leadership Team of the Weston A. Price/ Health Traditions Network.
Dr. Heather Way
Heather holds a PhD in Molecular Pathology and is an expert in the field of nutrigenomics. Nutrigenomics enables genetic predispositions to disease to be understood and managed via epigenetics and nutrition. Dr Way is also a certified GAPs nutritionist, who specializes in helping people with gut issues, particularly children with ASD, ADHD, fussy eaters and multiple food intolerances. Dr Way has a clinic in Brisbane, Australia, where she develops personalized nutrition programs tailored according to the results of DNA profiling.
With over 20 years as a health professional and 30 years experience with food intolerances, Leanne received her training from the Nutritional Therapy Association and Institute of Integrative Nutrition where she was trained in understanding the underlying causes of food sensitivities and depleted health as well as studying a variety of practical lifestyle coaching methods to support clients in transitioning their lives towards better health. Drawing on this knowledge, Leanne helps her clients to create a completely personalized “roadmap to health” that suits each individual’s unique body, lifestyle, preferences, and goals.
Dr Melinda Rathkopf
Board Certified in Allergy/Immunology and specializes in Pediatrics.
Dr Rathkopf earned her medical degree at Emory University School of Medicine in Atlanta, GA. She then entered the U.S. Air Force, completing her pediatric residency training at Keesler Air Force Base in Biloxi, MS. She practiced general pediatrics for a two years prior to her Allergy and Immunology fellowship training at Wilford Hall Medical Center in San Antonio, TX. Additionally, Dr. Rathkopf currently serves as the chair of the Department of Pediatrics at Providence AK Medical Center and is the past president of the Asthma and Allergy Foundation of America, AK chapter.
Richard Sager has an extensive history with food and nutrition and is the founder of Darwin Dietitians. He originally trained as a Chef before studying to become a Dietitian. He now combines these skills to provide clients with very tasty menu options when tailoring their personal meal plan. Prior to moving to Darwin, Richard has worked in two of Australia’s leading health retreats, sharing his insights and concepts that some described as “life changing”.
His work at Darwin Dietitians includes seeing clients in one-on-one, holistic consultations where he will consider your eating and activity patterns. Richard is the “why and what for” of nutrition and he is passionate about all areas of nutrition particularly the management of chronic diseases to improve the health and quality of life in patients.

Dr. Oscar Serrallach
Dr Oscar Serrallach enjoys being at the cutting edge of wellness medicine. Oscar did his medical training in New Zealand, graduating in 1996 and has been practicing medicine in Australia for over 15 years.
Oscar’s passion is Nutritional and Environmental Medicine and in 2011 her formed his practice, Mullumbimby Integrative Medical Centre.
Oscar is currently finishing a Fellowship in NEM through ACNEM (Australasian College of Nutritional and Environmental Medicine) and is contributing to the world of NEM by being on the board of ACNEM as well as editing the ACNEM journal.
